(1) If a person who has received a permit does any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the designated authority may order him to make necessary corrections in such work within a specified period.
(2) If the person who received the permit does not make the necessary improvements within the period specified in accordance with sub-section (1), the designated authority may cancel the permit obtained by such person.
(3) Before revoking the permit in accordance with sub-section (2), the designated authority shall give the relevant permit holder a reasonable opportunity to present his justification.
